Anyone know why downloading xine-lib hg is so slow now?

Hi.  For a while now, downloading the hg tree for xine-lib,
xine-lib-1.2, and xine-ui has been ridiculously slow.  It takes
roughly an hour for xine-lib/xine-lib-1.2!  I know the problem is not
on my end as I know several other users located in various places who
all have the same problem.  Something is either seriously wrong with
anonscm.debian.org or with xine-lib/xine-lib-1.2/xine-ui's trees.

I've tried emailing the admins of anonscm.debian.org twice now and not
a single one of them has replied.
