hgweb's back, so you can once again browse the repositories via your web
browser.
The speed problem was, would you believe, down to a lack of hgweb...
(Credit where it's due – hotwings for pestering about this; me for raising it
again in a Debian IRC channel; and Tollef Fog Heen for actually setting
things in motion to get this fixed.)
