If you use openSUSE (otherwise Packman is the wrong place to search
packages for your Linux installation), you should add Packman as
Software Repository in YaST (Yast -> Software -> Software Repository ->
Add -> Community Repository, in the List you will find it).
Now YaST or zypper (command line) will find the Packman packages and
solve all the dependencies for you. Make sure to install the xine-ui
version from packman, only this will use xine-lib 1.2.1 instead of 1.1.x
and the libxine2-codecs package for the patent restricted codecs.
