We have a language problem here; crippled is not a package, it is an
adjetive applied to a version. Meaning that the version distributed by
openSUSE is "crippled" for legal reasons, and that packman distributes the
complete version.

No, you need internet. It is part of "vcdimager" rpm. Time ago I heard of a
multimedia CD add on distributed by somebody, but I haven't heard of it
lately. You can download everything you need somewhere with internet, then
install them manually on another computer.
