VO and VOSH header to xvid files

Hi,

I'm trying to produce with transcode a correct xvid file to stream in 
mp4 via Darwin
Streaming Server.

When i mux the video track with mp4create (mpeg4ip) mp4create reports
the following error:

[bizzi@bizzi ~/temp/transcode]$ /usr/local/mpeg4ip/bin/mp4creator
-create=test.xvid -hint -optimize -rate=25 test.mp4
/usr/local/mpeg4ip/bin/mp4creator: no VOSH header found in MPEG-4 video.
This can cause problems with players other than mp4player.

The resulting stream is viewable only with mp4 player of mpeg4ip,
QuickTime player 6 does not play it.

I've tried to add to .xvid.cfg the following line:

xvid_enc_create_t = 1

But it's not working, my working release of xvid is 0.9.1

Can anybody help me ? :)
