Konnichiwa Hayato-san, you have to specify which player do you use, which filters / codecs are decompressing / demuxing the video etc. Try Media Player Classic (http://sourceforge.net/projects/guliverkli) and ffdshow (you can find the newest unofficial release at http://dvd.box.sk/ on the right).
