I mainly use Windows Media 9, but I use RealOne if all else fails. I got the same error for them both. I haven't found working codecs yet, that could also be a issue. Also, if it does manage to play, which is rare, then it would be all green and pixled. Picasso Pablo wrote: Konnichiwa Hayato-san, you have to specify which player do you use, which filters / codecs are decompressing / demuxing the video etc. Try Media Player Classic ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/guliverkli ) and ffdshow (you can find the newest unofficial release at http://dvd.box.sk/ on the right). That should help, I hope. ja ne Hey all, I have this anime I want to watch, but an error comes up everytime I load the folder with the file in it. When I try to play it anyway, the player also gets a error saying 'An error has occured, this program needs to shut down'. When I send a error report, it brings me to a link that lead me to the Xvid site saying: Thank you for submitting an error report. Microsoft is unable to determine what caused the crash in: XviD Please contact XviD.org for assistance and troubleshooting information or, to find out if a solution is available. For more information, see the XviD.org Web site. http://www.xvid.org/modules.php?op=modload name=FAQ file=index Can anyone help? I downloaded the updated file with zip but I have no idea where to put the files either.
