binary for win32 (vfw/dshow)

This may be a FAQ but I have not found it anyway :(

Where could I get a recent (preferrably latest, i.e. 1.0rc4) binary of
XviD for Windows?

I do encoding with VirtualDubMod on a Windows machine. (I mainly use
Linux but have to work with DVDs on Windows because that PC is not
mine).

I use a binary named "XviD.Root.24.02.2003.1100.exe". It seems rather
old by its date, and has a visible bug in encoding (some areas sometimes
get strongly tinted red). I'd ike to try the recent version, as I don't
think trying to fix a bug in an old one would be of any use.
