Creating DivX4

Hallo Group,

I have bought an Archos Jukebox Multimedia, which can play DivX Mpeg4 Videos.

Now I want to use transcode to create Movies suitable for that.
The thing, is that My small friend just likes 
exactly DivX4 Simple. Nothing else.


I heard, that the xvid module can create exact DivX compatible movies.
How can I adjust this ?
I tried using transcode something like

transcode -i imput -z -k -X 352X256 -yxvid4 -o output

But it does not like this format

I also tried -ydivx but after finding divxencore, it cannot initialize it

Any help is highly appreciated.
