some perl scripts

Hi
I made available some perl scripts for mass-conversion and subbing of 
korean films at this place:

You can easily adopt them for your needs.

vdub-xvid-job is only for windows and virtualdub, for the latest 
binaries only. It could be improved a bit, but it serves my needs good 
enough so far.

There are also the latest CVS HEAD (some good fixes lately) and the 
latest released mingw binaries (no DSHOW xvid.ax).
I try to keep the mingw binaries up-to-date whenever a CVS fix is done 
and I'm at my machine.
BTW: the next two weeks not.
