problem deplying xvid codec on win2k comuters

Hi all,

I'm new on this list.
I have a video on an intranet server that I wish my min2k users can
see  it easyly.
But the computers doesn' t have xvid codec installed, and there is
restriction on these computers so that a "normal" user can't install a
program.

I was wondering if there is a simple way to install the xvid codec on
a win2k computer, for example copying a .dll into \\winnt\system32 or
something like this.
