xvid distribution

Hello,

I=B4d like to include on the demo cd of our band a video that is encoded in=
 xvid.

I=B4d also like to supply to codec as a binary.=20

All media on this cd is distributed under the Creative Commons License.

1.) Is it possible to distribute the xvid codec in this way ?

2.) Do I have to distribute the binaries and the source ?
