We recently ran a usability study where the target audience was medical
school professors. I'll give you just one user quote:
"Everything in this column is bad. Just simplify. Don=E2=80=99t knock me o=
ver the head with it."
The same happens every time we test elite users: they may be in the top 1%
in terms of IQ, but they are regular folks in terms of most user behaviors=
