wwwconf.h should be generated by configure and localized in
your Amaya/obj/libwww directory

Could you test if it works when you replace (int) by l(ong int)
line 1188 in davlib/davlibUI.c
- GProp_DAV.numberTimeout = (int)data;
+ GProp_DAV.numberTimeout = (long int)data;

Pay attention you must clean upt the object directory or use a different 
object directory to compile WX and GTK versions
