malformed url

I have used amaya to edit my html page

Amaya doesn't find any errors. When I upload it, whether locally or at the
remote site and with any browser such as Firefox or Konqueror I get an error 
stating that the 
page is "maliformed url" or the equivalent. However after giving the error 
message the page displays fine.

The error occurs whether I call the web page directly, or whether I use an 
anchor on the main page.
The only browser that reads the page without an error is lynx.
