How to get back to old blog?

I cant find the way how to get back and begin to write my blog again .I 
have had 4 years pause and the blog is there still ,only I cant logg in and 
begin to write ?I dont get any info from anywhere ,probably I had different 
email at that time ,but I do not remember it for sure.And I do not remeber 
the last password either.It does not work with gmail passwords anyway.What 
can I do.Thansk for real help.Itshould be possible to activate?
