In the below of Blog Header Click *Add A Gadgets* Option
Add Pages Widgets
If you want  category on blogger like wordpress so, Click External Link and 
put blog address search/label/*yourcategory i.e. *
http://www.youdoamain.blogspot.com*/search/label/blogger*
