Proble activating my Blogger API quota

Hi Brett I've tried to activate my Blogger quota via the developers console. However when I try to switch Blogger API on, I still get the quota request form. I thought my request had already been approved (see your reply to my question on 21/12//2014). Can you confirm you've cleared my request?
