The links on my profile are not working, and I can't opet google+ settings page

When I for example click on my profile on someone's blog, in the followers widget, the links are not working, there are links to my blog and instagram...also when I click on settings and edit google+ profile it opens a page and it says "error 404, not found" -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Blogger Developer Group" group.
