I can't import the content of my XML file on blogger

Hi, 

I try over and over again to import my XML file which contains all the 
contents of my blog which used to be hosted on another plateform than 
blogger, but once I select it, it just launch the "downloading" process and 
it never ends, like I can wait with the window opened for 12h , the 
downloading process never ends, and in the end my XML file and all of my 
articles / comments can't be published on my blogger account / blog. 

I tried to check my XML file (if it is blogger compatible or not) but 
honestly I'm all new to this and I can't tell if it's compatible or not. 
May I just attach my XML file and get help from someone here to tell me if 
it's from the file itself or if it's something else?
