My topic titles are being grouped according to dates

I chose a new theme for my blogger and I changed my topic title order on 
home page in settings as 15 titles per page. But now, my topic titles are 
being grouped to dates and I dont have 15 titles on my per page. I want to 
see 15 titles on my per page, please help me about it.
