How do I get numbered page navigation back on my blog?

I had a numbered page navigation a while back, but I guess the person that 
created that code, has taken it down, because one day the navigation on my 
blog disappeared.

Ever since that happened I have tried to fix it with html and widgets, but 
nothing seems to work and I'm not that great with code and can't figure out 
if something accidently has been turned off, so it never shows any 
navigation, no matter what code I add?

Can someone please help???
