Place of Java Script

I have placed Java Script code(<script src="//js.omks.valuecommerce.com/vcomks.js"></script> <vcom vcompid="884752934"></vcom>) on HTML/JavaScript Gadget and Template page prior to the </head> also added main page but dose not shown anything. Please advice where shall I place "Java Script.
