How to get all labels per blog (Blogger V3 API)

Hi,

I'm looking to get a list of labels for each blog via the Blogger V3 API

I have looked through the reference, but I cannot see a way to do this. 
This is the page I am looking 
at: https://developers.google.com/blogger/docs/3.0/reference

I want to get a list of labels, so that when I create a post, I can select 
ones I've already used. This ensures that I will have no duplicates when 
creating posts.

I am using C# 4.5 (Google.Apis.Blogger.v3 library)
