Blogger api v3 understanding problem :(

Hello, 
Well I am not an expert and I got some problems how to use this api.

All I wanna do is to change all my blogs name in python. I wanna do this 
stuff https://developers.google.com/apis-explorer/#p/blogger/v3/ but in my 
idle program because I would like to use in in a loop and change all my 
blogs name.
Usualy I am used to import module and us the function. Also a have beed 
working with facebook sdk where you just import module, define "graph" and 
u use like graph."some function"...

But I am very confused with blogger api.

How to use this functions ?
