How can i add flexiable for google group on my blogger?

In my blogger admin panel , i create a new page with content ( google give 
it ):

Then when i access link http://www.mydomani.com/p/m/document.html   ------ 
( my blogspot adress)

 It had a good display in pc . But , not flexiable on mobile. 

How can i add flexialbe funtion in this case
