REQUEST: Common SAP 2004 Usability Problems

All,
Can anyone point me to information on common usability
problems of "out-of-the-box" SAP 2005? I am trying to
influence implementation of the SAP UI (towards
usability) while not having access to the design
meetings. Any documented common issues would be
helpful.
