FW: Multiple ways of accessing content

Since the term "web apps" can take in a lot of territory, could you
please tell us a little more about the app (or type of app) that you are
working on? On an overview level, what is its purpose, what kinds of
things will its users be doing when they use it?
 
In the meantime, I heartily recommend taking a look at 2 recent research
reports by Hagan and David Rivers, published by User Interface
Engineering under the overall title of "The Designer's Guide to Web
Applications." 
 Part I = Structure and Flows
 Part II = Web Apps Tour 2007: Learning from Successful Designs

Not that you'll find a definitive yes or no on page x, but the reports
provide valuable frameworks for thinking about web apps.
