Findings - Increasing Importance of UI

Hello,
I am looking for research findings/reports that show an increasing
importance customers are putting on User Interface/Usability in the
software selection process. Unbiased (not paid for by some company)
research findings/statistics from Forrester, AMR etc would be great.
