I'm working on a series of order-form pages for a client. Do you know
of any research on this sort of page?
I expect more pressure to put more stuff right in front of the
customers in the hope that they'll buy more. The guidelines for
general form layout should apply, but this is a special case -- it's
not just about transmitting information, but about maximizing revenue
(not that they're unrelated).
