I am working for a company called Amaze (www.amaze.com). In collaboration with Glasgow University Department of Computer Science we are conducting some research on the reasons for shopping basket abandonment. We are trying to find out if usability is a prime issue or if other motivational or behavioral issues are just as important. We have generated a short survey. It only takes less than 5 miniutes to respond and we would be greatful for anyone who would take the time to complete it. Our research is independent of any online e-business. You will not be asked to submit any personal details.
