C+S: Good Ajax Sites

Can anyone recommend a favourite Ajax site that is also fairly usable? I am trying to find some good examples for colleagues but Googling on 'ajax sample sites' or similar just leads to bunches of noddy applications and snippets. I recall at one stage that Amazon.com provided popup product description windows (more than just a single-line of text) when you moused-over an image, but that does not seem to be present at the moment. (Either my memory fails me or it was a beta version that did not make the release.) Send your suggestions directly to me and I will summarize for the list.
