NonStop builds always include TLS 1.3. We are seriously considering
officially dropping
1.2. However, curl is definitely used for internal communication between
systems inside
DMZ settings without using HTTPS. So if that is the concern - as in, is curl
sometimes
used without TLS, I think the answer is without question "yes". Are we
building curl
without TLS, definitely not.
