Yes please, those are definately features we want! The OpenSSL QUIC stack is unfortunately not performing very well, so yes we want to see this done for at least ngtcp2 as well. It's really easy: make a pull request and submit it and then we take it from there. Things to consider: - What testing and testing approach does it provide? - Documentation.
