Possibly not, but that is not where its main usage areas are. The 
systems talking RTMP to each other are usually not connected to the 
larger internet, but it is used as an internal contribution protocol on 
intranets.

 From my experience, IPv6 is not very much used in the kind of internal 
networks where this would be used anyway, so that is not really a 
problem.

In most of the cases I have seen it used, crypto has not been used at 
all (to be frank, I'm not 100% sure whether the product I work on 
supports encrypted RTMP at all, I have at least never seen it in use).
