Rates for freelancing

Hi all,
   
  I was looking for some advice please. I have decided to do some freelance webdesign and already have 4 sites which I have been requested to do for various people, of different types, sizes and needs. 
   
  The thing is I have no experience of knowing how to charge for something like this.  Hourly rate or daily rate? How much approximately would I charge? If I was charging an hourly rate, for example, how many hours on average would I charge for...say for example if I was doing a site with 10 pages from scratch. (for arguments sake)
   
  Any help and advice most appreciated!
