I hoped the other info would be helpful in getting your theme working as you 
will now need the encinit.php set up correctly to initialize your theme into  
the database.

As for blank.php there were allot of layout issues that were fixed with rc12. 
Thats why I really have to ask you to test with it. Rc12 is is just an 
upgrade on top of envolution 1.0.0 you can just copy the new files into place 
and run the fix.php again as it sounds like you have already done.

I'm hoping the things fixed will solve your blank.php problem but but as I 
have never used it myself I'm not sure what else to tell you. One thing for 
sure please try rc12 and let us know if this fixes your issues with 
blank.php. If that is not the case then we will need to find that bug.
