I used RC12 over 1.0 and that was when I got the errors. Unfortunately, I
had to switch the live site back before I received your instructions. I'll
give those a go on my test site. It looks, however, as if blank.php has some
bugs as it generated those errors when I tried to load it on its own.

Hope that helps. I'll let you know if I find anything useful when I try
another install on my test server. FYI, at http://www.web-dj.net/envol I
have a clean install of 1.0, without RC12 and blank.php generates the same
errors. Perhaps I will try applying the new files and fix.php and see where
that takes us.

I hoped the other info would be helpful in getting your theme working as you
will now need the encinit.php set up correctly to initialize your theme into
the database.
