Simple feature request?

OK, I have a request thought it shouldn't be as big as some of the
others here, difficulty wise. :)

I'd like to be able to upload the contents of a text file instead of the
requirement to copy/paste into the text boxes for things like articles,
etc.. Not storing the file itself, per se, just extracting the text
contents if it.

Basically like this:
 1. I have a news story I want to post
 2. I write it up in vim
 3. I create the new story, enter some teaser text in the first box
 4. click browse to select my local text/html file
 5. click update
 6. the text in my file is now in the second (extended text) box.

Simple enough? :^)
