Corrections to make to Envolution 1.0 package

There is a problem to solve on the package:
Files install/pn714.php and install/Encompass.php are unpacked with
permissions 600, giving problems while upgrading. Permissions of those
two files need to be set at least at 644.

Sorry, my fault. Didnt check permissions of files when sent them
yesterday.
