envolution_1.0.0 upgrade issue?

Just did an install/update of envolution_1.0.0 = I have to make the 
pn714 and encompass php files readable. Then the upgrade finished 
without error but I can't get in ... I get

_MAINZONENOTPL

I had installed pn-0.7.2.1_Phonix-E ... is there  something I should 
look at or do I need to  back up on my pn version?
Have not had the opportunity to log in .
Ideas?
