Fixes needed

I've got two problems that I suspect are easily fixed:

1. pnHTML issue that causes things that use master2.tpl such as Blocks/Admin or Modules/Admin or other modules that appear not to call OpenTable() causes the template tables to be screwed up... Very annoying...

 

2. I have a module that when you goto the module administration it only displays a page for that module. It's not in the normal framework of the site. I suspect this is because the module needs to call header.php & footer.ph but thought I'd ask.
