BUG report: FAQ module

When clicking on "Ask A Question" as an anonymous user one is presented
with a blank page. It should either be a page explaining that anonymous
users can't ask a FAQ or present the page to actually ask a FAQ (I can't
remember the correct behavior right now)

The link would be:

modules.php?op=modload&name=FAQ&file=index&myfaq=yes&askaquestion=yes&id_cat=0&

Any body else experience this or have a fix?
