[EP-underground] Batch Data Uploading

Hello all,

I've been following the prescription Christopher posted on 9 Oct 2003 
for uploading metadata in bulk. It seems to work, but I have a 
follow-up question. When using the import_eprints command why would I 
get the message "NOT EXISTS" to STDERR for each record loaded? The 
records look ok despite the message. What do the other potential 
messages indicate?
