Hi!

NOT EXISTS is not an error - it indicates that there is not already an
eprint in the archive with the id of the one you are importing, and
hence it creates a new eprint rather than updating an existing one. 

This should probably be relegated to a debug message rather than a
stderr one (Chris?)
