Idle timeout problem

Rob.. I hope you can help.  We are running a customized erp system on Redhat
linux with an apache server and  Oracle 10G database.. Our problems is that
our remote users, session with our ERP software will timing out, when they
leave there workstation idle for more than 15 minutes.  I'm not sure if this
is the apache server? or am I familiar with configuring.. can you offer any
guidance.
