FastCGI and CGI Library

Hello fastcgi-developers, I'm new to FastCGI. I am in search for a C/C++ (preferrably C++) CGI library to work with FastCGI. I tried a few, including qDecoder, cgicc, etc. but they do not seem to be compatible with FastCGI. I wonder if everyone else is using?
