Yes it is but the system I'm working with uses a mod_fastcgi and a fastcgi
library, version 2.2.2.

I left it at that version because I can't recompile some cgi's that were
compiled with that version. I don't have the source for those cgi's. Also, I
don't want to risk angering the compatibilty Gods.
