As I wrote cgi works fine. Only FastCGI doesn't. After adding line
LoadModule fastcgi_module modules/mod_fastcgi-2.4.2-AP20.dll
script breaks.

As i wrote. CGI WORKS. FastCGI does not work. The problem might be
rather with fastcgi dll I am afraid.
