Apache + External FastCGI Server samples

          You said you managed to get Apache to communicate with PHP 
running as separate processes.  Can you tell me what your configuration was?
          I've managed to get it running statically (or was it 
dynamically) but whenever I view a .php page, either apache spawns its 
own version of php-fcgi or gives me a 404 error.  I have a php-fcgi 
daemon running and listening to 127.0.0.1:8002 I can't figure out how to 
get apache to attach to it. 

          I'm using Apache 2 and PHP 5 for what it's worth
